Will the Suns bounce back after a disappointing loss?
Who: Summer Suns (1-2) vs Summer Timberwolves (3-0)
When: 2:00 PM Arizona Time
Where: The Pavilion — Las Vegas, Nevada
Watch: NBATV
After a hot start (similar to the regular season), the Suns find themselves in a spot to play their final game of the summer league with no chance of making the next round. The Suns suffered disappointing back-to-back losses on Sunday and Monday, putting them in this position.
That being said, the game should still be interesting as everyone was available in their latest contest. Now that they have been eliminated from the playoff scenarios, we could see players like Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro take the night off. However, with the Timberwolves also featuring some sophomore talent, we could see a breakout duel in this game if everyone suits up! Ultimately. I’m just happy we’re watching Suns basketball, and we get to break down how the Suns should operate with their sets and new play styles in this upcoming season.
Probable Starters

Injury Report
At the Moment of writing, there is no one listed for either team that will be on the injury report.
What to Watch for
With the Suns being eliminated from the next round, some people might tune out of this one. However, this will be an enticing game if everyone plays. These teams will have some great battles, especially with Terrence Shannon Jr. facing off against Ryan Dunn. Shannon Jr. has been incredible this summer league, scoring at will for the Wolves. As we all know, if he runs into the Dungeon, he may have some issues. Particularly, that matchup will be intriguing. Alongside that, you also have the rookies to keep an eye on.
Koby Brea struggled from three-point range in his last game against the Kings. Will he look to seek revenge after his first two games, in which he was red hot from three?
Rasheer Fleming is looking to make another impact on both sides of the floor after his debut was underwhelming due to the team’s blowout loss.
Khaman Maluach is looking like the eighteen-year-old that the Suns drafted, and it seems he will still need some growth this season and for the future. He seems to be trying out all aspects of his game so far, to find out what can stick and be helpful going into training camp. Let’s hope he can find some comfort out there in this last game.
We will see if Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro suit up. Still, if they do, I expect them to take command as the veterans here and get the team to buy back into winning the finale, mainly because it is the Wolves, a team that has beaten them in the past two seasons.
When looking at the Wolves, they have some talented players on their squad as well. Rob Dillingham and Terrence Shannon Jr. will be effective on offense and trying to outscore us, but Joan Beringer and Leonard Miller will play aggressively on defense. This will leave the Suns with some tough matchups, but also an exciting game to see unfold.
