The Suns have three new faces to watch in Las Vegas this summer.

You can feel the shift. Palpable, energizing, long overdue.

The Phoenix Suns are no longer clinging to the past. They’re charting a new course, and it started with the 2025 NBA Draft. For all intents and purposes, Brian Gregory crushed it. A franchise once weighed down by aging stars and bloated contracts is now retooling around Devin Booker with purpose and vision.

The Suns walked away with three promising young talents: Khaman Maluach, Rasheer Fleming, and Koby Brea. And the best part? You won’t have to wait long to see them suit up.

Their first run in a Suns uniform begins this July in Las Vegas. Mark your calendars. NBA Summer League tips off for the Suns on July 11

So go ahead. Check those hotel prices. The next era of Suns basketball is taking shape, and this summer might be your first glimpse of something special.

The Summer League is always a stage for young prospects to prove they belong, a proving ground where raw talent meets real opportunity, all while the eyes of decision-makers watch closely from the sidelines.

For the Suns, this year’s Summer League feels especially meaningful. Why? Because of the three prospects just added through the 2025 NBA Draft. It’s reminiscent of last summer, when Phoenix brought in Ryan Dunn, Oso Ighodaro, and Jalen Bridges. All three played minutes for the Suns last season, and in Dunn’s case, he might’ve solidified himself as an NBA starter.

Now, the spotlight shifts to the next wave.

These new additions represent the continuation of a youth movement that started a season ago under the guidance of Brian Gregory, then part of the front office. Now, as general manager, his focus remains clear: identify quality young talent and develop it.

Player development isn’t just a buzzword in Phoenix. It’s the blueprint.

And Summer League is where it begins. So pack your bags. We’ll see you in Vegas.
