We knew that the Arizona Cardinals were not going to get any compensatory picks coming this offseason.
However, with new rules in place, the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers both picked up multiple third round compensatory picks and they only lost one key player between both teams.

The stars next to the picks at the end of round three designate that those picks were awarded due to teams losing minority coaches or front office personnel.
For the San Francisco 49ers, they were awarded picks for Robert Saleh going to be the New York Jets head coach and Martin Mayhew going to be the General Manager for the Washington Football Team.
For the Rams, they were awarded a pick for Brad Holmes being hired as the Detroit Lions GM.
The Rams were also awarded comp picks for losing Dante Fowler (third) and Corey Littleton (fourth).
For the 49ers, they received an additional fifth round pick for their loss of Emmanuel Sanders.
