NFL franchises now know what the salary cap is for the 2021 season. After a $198.2 million cap in 2020 and a yearlong pandemic that limited and even eliminated fans in stadiums this past year, the league has informed teams that this year’s cap will be $182.5 million.
This is better than the initial cap floor of $175 million and even the $180 million the league said last month.
So how much cap space does each team have as free agency approaches next week?
The rankings are below, and based on the numbers from Over The Cap at the time this post was published.
