Four winners from the NFL Combine that make sense for the Arizona Cardinals on day two

The NFL Combine produced some winners that make sense for the Arizona Cardinals.

Happy Wednesday one and all.

The Arizona Cardinals sit with the 47th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft… for now. Yesterday, we discussed three winners from the 2025 NFL Combine who make sense for the Cardinals with the 16th pick.

Now, what about the 47th pick?

This is tough, the later we get, the bigger the range, so we will use the consensus big board and take a look at four players today who again fit what the Cardinals need, but also had big combines.

Aireontae Ersery, OT Minnesota

Massive, people moving, and decorated, Ersery came in at 6-6, 331lbs and ran a 5.01, had a good broad jump for his size and hit the requirements on his agility drills. He also was the Big 10 offensive lineman of the year.

Darius Alexander, DT Toledo

Alexander made a name for himself at the Senior Bowl, then followed up with a very good NFL Combine.

While he didn’t wow anyone on any events, his steady work in the events, then his smooth hips and violent hands in the individual drills makes him one to watch.

Tyleik Williams, DT Ohio State

The first and only player who didn’t do any testing that will make the list, Williams measured in and then did individual position drills and blew everyone away.

Measuring in at 6-3 and 334lbs, Williams on field production is impressive, but also when he did the drills he looked like an elite athlete. What a dynamic and impressive athlete.

Landon Jackson, DE Arkansas

Jackson was the physical freak at 6-6 and 264lbs, then blew up the testing, especially his explosiveness scores, with a 40.5” vertical and a 10’9” broad jump.

Jackson had 6.5 sacks each of his last two seasons and looks the part. Should be fun.
