The Arizona Cardinals appear to have their eye on 2024 as the year when they are big players. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the NFL and NFLPA agreed to 2024 offseason dates, which will all be pertinent for the Cardinals as they will enter Year 2 of the leadership of general manager Monti Ossenfort and head coach Jonathan Gannon.
Here are the important 2024 offseason dates:

- February 20-March 5: Period to designate franchise and transition tags
- March 13, 4 p.m. ET: 2024 league year begins
- April 1: Teams with new head coach may begin offseason program
- April 15: Teams with returning head coaches may begin offseason program
- April 19: Last day of restricted free agency signing period
- April 24: Last day to match offer sheets for restricted free agents
