The name that is hotter than any non-quarterback in the 2021 NFL Draft is Kyle Pitts.
Yesterday, NFL.com’s Peter Schrager did his first 2021 NFL Mock Draft and had the Arizona Cardinals moving up to seven to take the dynamic, playmaking tight end from Florida.
Today, all over Twitter the news of how much every team seems to be infatuated with Pitts.
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen said Dallas Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones is “infatuated” with Florida TE Kyle Pitts. https://t.co/77hnx5NICE pic.twitter.com/4yTybNMO8X

Now, the Cowboys are not the only team, as the same Peter Schrager that talked about the Cardinals taking Pitts at seven made another bold statement today.
Peter Schrager just said he could see a team trading up to 4 for Kyle Pitts.
“He’s not slipping to 7.”

The Cardinals cannot afford to move up to the fourth pick in the draft, that’s just the reality of it.
As Walter wrote about today, it would probably behoove Atlanta to take Pitts at four, but maybe the Falcons are in on the quarterbacks?
That means, would the Bengals trade down? Would the Dolphins since they moved down and back up? The Lions seem like the sweet spot, but as Blake Murphy pointed out, even Vegas doesn’t see Pitts making it past the Dolphins as his over/under draft slot is 5.5.
Pitts is the man in this draft, probably not for the Cardinals though.
