Who are the best three players on the Arizona Cardinals?
Happy Thursday one and all.
As we get into the summer doldrums we get into the listacles of it all. We can bring in daily, or weekly looks at different rankings, where the Cardinals fall, etc, but sometimes I like to look at what others outside of this site, and quite frankly Jess’ site think of the Arizona Cardinals.
This week, PFF listed the three best players on the Arizona Cardinals, and to be honest, it wasn’t a surprise.

QB KYLER MURRAY
S BUDDA BAKER
McBride took a major leap in 2024, ascending into the top tier of NFL tight ends. His 89.8 receiving grade ranked second among all tight ends, trailing only George Kittle. Murray delivered his closest approximation yet to his peak form, posting a 4.7% big-time throw rate, his highest since 2021. Baker also bounced back in 2024, recording a career-best 77.8 overall grade and a 74.7 coverage grade.
The top three are pretty easy to see. While McBride may be the only player on the Cardinals roster right now who has a claim to be the best in the league at his position, Murray and Baker are squarely in the discussion for being some of the top 10-12 at their position as well.
Maybe James Conner can make that claim, but his numbers were right on the border of top 12 in almost all categories.
It will be interesting to see if Murray can continue to climb back up, and how long Baker can hold onto that spot, also will be interesting to see if McBride can follow-up that career year.
