Kyler Murray. That’s it. That’s the headline.
Or so says Danny Kelly. And it’s hard to argue. He goes on to say:
Alongside DeAndre Hopkins and playing in Kliff Kingsbury’s offensive system, Murray makes Arizona one of the most intriguing dark-horse contenders in the NFC.
As you can guess, a dramatic win against a divisional favorite did good things for our little weekly power ranking standings.
Top ten again. And hopefully there to stay. Hey, you. Stop. I know what you’re thinking, these are utterly meaningless. Well, duh. Obviously, sticking around in the media’s top ten portends the continuation of this play – and I’m here for it. And so are you.
I do feel behooved to point out how – up until that last play – things had been pretty shaky. Especially in contrast with previous weeks. I do think they were due to come back down to earth, if not just by a little… but some of that sloppy play and less-than-desirable passing offense hearkened back to the more frustrating parts of earlier this season.
Thursday will obviously be a huge match-up that could decide the division. Which version of the Arizona Cardinals are we going to get?
