The Arizona Cardinals take on the struggling Jacksonville Jaguars and there are plenty of storylines to enjoy.
Let’s take a look.
Jacksonville Jaguars don’t cause turnovers:
While it is only two games the Jags defense has really struggled to get stops and they do not force turnovers either, which is a terrible combination. The Arizona Cardinals have three turnovers in the first two games, but they should be able to take advantage of the struggling Jags defense who is likely without C.J.Henderson in the game.
Jaguars don’t allow sacks:
The Cardinals only were able to get one sack against the Minnesota Vikings and the Jags in two games have only given up two sacks. Despite the disaster interceptions from Lawrence, the Cardinals need to get after Lawrence and get back in the multi-sack category.
Trevor Lawrence is a turnover machine:
Lawrence has thrown five interceptions in two games. He’s only completing 50% of his passes and has been a disaster so far.
Arizona Cardinals have a chance to figure out how to stop the run:
James Robinson has run for 72 yards in two games. Carlos Hyde has run for 51 yards in two games. They have no rushing touchdowns. The Arizona Cardinals need to dominate up front on Sunday.
