NFL fans always wonder if their teams give extra looks at players from certain college programs, like Alabama or Clemson or Ohio State.
For one NFL franchise, the answer is a definite yes.
Bengals head coach Zac Taylor admitted this month that his team will always give Ohio State prospects an extra look.
“One thing about Ohio State is, whenever we go through the draft, they’re always gonna get a longer look from us. .. They just deserve that,” he admitted.

Fans appreciate the honesty – and the strategy.
“Well that’s why your team suc… oh wait you bagged joey b & damn near won a superbowl with this method,” one fan joked.
“Should take that same philosophy and apply it to the bearcats right now!” another fan admitted.
“Lol love the bucks but this also probably has something to do with ownership not wanting to pay for flights for scouts lol,” another fan joked.
The strategy has clearly worked as of late. Joe Burrow began his career at Ohio State before transferring to LSU.
The 2022 NFL Draft is set to begin on Thursday.
