The Dallas Cowboys‘ offense reportedly took a notable hit on Thursday night.

Dallas lost to Pittsburgh, 16-3, in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game on Thursday evening. The Cowboys reportedly lost a key member of their offense in the process.

According to ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler, Cowboys starting fullback Sewo Olonilua suffered a shoulder injury that will keep him out for a while.

“Cowboys starting fullback Sewo Olonilua suffered a shoulder injury in Thursday’s preseason game against the Steelers and will miss significant time, per sources. Dallas was excited about his role and his camp before the injury,” Fowler reported.

The Cowboys are also dealing with an injury to Dak Prescott, who’s suffering from some shoulder pain. He reportedly did some light throwing on Saturday.

Dallas is scheduled to open the 2021 regular season on Thursday, Sept. 9 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Kickoff between the Cowboys and the Buccaneers is scheduled to kick off at 8:20 p.m. E.T. The game will air on NBC.
