For a while on Sunday, the Cleveland Browns looked like they were about to take down the two-time defending AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs.
The Browns led 22-10 at halftime and 29-20 in the fourth quarter before Kansas City rallied to win 33-29. After the loss, second-year offensive lineman Jedrick Wills summed up how Cleveland and its fans were feeling.
Wills, who left the game with an ankle injury, only needed one word to encapsulate his feelings. It was a NSFW word choice, though he did edit it up a tad.

To be fair, Wills expounded on his thoughts in a subsequent tweet with a message to Cleveland fans.
“Watch the film, fix mistakes, & bounce back next week! and get healthy!!” he wrote.

Hopefully for Wills’ sake, he doesn’t have to miss much, if any, time. He’s coming off a strong rookie season and is a critical part of the Browns’ success.
Heartbreaking loss today aside, the Browns should be fine moving forward. We’d be shocked if they didn’t beat the Texans in Week 2, and they still look like a team capable of winning 10 or more games again.
