Back in February, it was announced that Trevor Lawrence would undergo surgery to repair a torn labrum in his non-throwing shoulder. That procedure would sideline him for an extended period of time, but the Clemson product is finally back doing what he loves.
On Wednesday, quarterback coach Jordan Palmer posted a video of Lawrence on the field throwing passes. It might not seem like anything major, but clearly Lawrence is recovering well from his surgery.
This video is also an encouraging sign for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Everyone expects them to take Lawrence with the first pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, so Urban Meyer and Trent Baalke have to be pleased seeing him on the field again.
After all, Baalke recently said that he found “no negatives” in Lawrence’s game despite doing so much research on him.
Here’s the video that Palmer posted on Wednesday:

This has been a pretty good week for Lawrence, who recently received gifts and donations to charities of his choice from Jaguars fans.
Lawrence isn’t technically a member of the Jaguars just yet, but he’s looking forward to becoming one.
“Thank you Jaguars fans. We really appreciate the wedding gifts and donations for charities of our choice,” Lawrence tweeted. “In addition to the donations, Marissa and I will also be donating $20K to charities in Jacksonville. Thanks again, we hope to be a part of your community soon.”
