New York Giants fans aren’t very impressed by Jason Garrett on Sunday night.
The team’s second-year offensive coordinator hasn’t called the best game according to the fan base. The Giants are taking on the Patriots in their preseason finale.
New York is currently trailing New England, 19-7, late in the third quarter.
The Giants have 219 yards of total offense with a turnover. Quarterback Daniel Jones is 17 of 22 for 135 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
Garrett is facing criticism for his lack of creativity.
Why is Jason Garrett’s go-to change of pace play a damn end-around every time?
Can we do anything more productive and efficient than that lmao

Daniel Jones connects with Kaden Smith for the touchdown. Beautiful throw.
Jones always better down the field but Jason Garrett hates calling it.

Fans are already making predictions for Garrett’s next coaching stop.
“I’m calling it now. After the Giants fire Jason Garrett his next stop will be at Alabama to attend the Nick Saban Reclamation Program for Castoff Coaches,” one fan tweeted.
“Jason Garrett was on Saban’s Miami Dolphin’s staff so I’m feeling confident about this prediction. Mainly because the only way Garrett is able to land coaching jobs is via previous relationships/nepotism. He can’t get a job based on skill alone.”
Perhaps the regular season will go different, but fans aren’t loving Garrett on Sunday night.
New York opens the 2021 regular season on Sunday, Sept. 12 against the Denver Broncos.
