Ohio State will have its star quarterback on the field against Michigan State on Saturday afternoon.
The Buckeyes are scheduled to take on the Spartans in East Lansing, Michigan on Saturday afternoon. Ohio State will be without its head coach, Ryan Day, who’s still recovering from a positive COVID-19 test. He’s expected to return to team activities at the beginning of next week.
Ohio State’s had a couple of players test positive, according to reports, though the Buckeyes haven’t released any names.
The Buckeyes kept things pretty private at practice this week, not revealing who was on the field and who wasn’t. Late on Friday night, they made it clear that at least one star player was on the plane to East Lansing – Fields.
Ohio State tweeted out a photo of Justin Fields getting on the plane to East Lansing, confirming his status for this afternoon’s game.
