For the first time in his decorated NFL career, fans are seeing Russell Wilson in a different uniform than his old Seattle Seahawks gear.
On Monday, the Denver Broncos held a voluntary workout without pads at their training center. Wilson, acquired from Seattle in March, was captured wearing his new team’s orange and navy blue colors for the first time. He’s still wearing the No. 3 he donned for 10 seasons with the Seahawks.

The 33-year-old got acquainted with wide receiver Courtland Sutton, who could develop into the nine-time Pro Bowler’s top target.

Wilson made his goal clear to reporters after the workout.
“I came here to win,” Wilson said. “That’s our mindset. So whatever it takes to do that, we’re going to do.”

The former third-round pick took Seattle to eight postseason appearances and comes to Denver with one Super Bowl ring. Wilson will seek another one on a squad that has struggled to find any consistent quarterback play since Peyton Manning retired. They’ve gone 39-58 over the past six seasons with a revolving door of passers.
Wilson has a new look, and he’ll aim to give the Broncos’ passing offense a makeover in 2022.
