If you love him, set Heem free.
Linebacker Justin Flowe, a fan favorite despite his limited playing time at Arizona, has entered the NCAA transfer portal.

he 6-foot-2, 230-pound Flowe spent two seasons with the Wildcats after transferring from Oregon. He appeared in 17 games, starting five times in 2023 when he had 44 tackles, two for loss, with a sack and a fumble recovery. He recorded a career-high 12 tackles against Mississippi State and 10 more against UTEP.
Last season Flowe was limited to four games, all on special teams, to retain his final year of eligibility. The 2025 season will be his sixth, having spent three at Oregon after signing with the Ducks as a 5-star prospect that was ranked by 247Sports as the No. 6 player in the 2020 recruiting class.
Though his on-field activity at Arizona was minimal he was a regular presence in team social media content, where his alter ego—“Heem”—often came out:

Flowe is the fourth defensive player to enter the portal since it reopened last week, joining linemen Isaiah Johnson and Sterling Lane II and defensive back Elijah Brown. He participated in spring ball, which ended on Saturday with the Spring Showcase, and Flowe was his usual animated self.
