Arizona softball now has all five of its known transfers signed, sealed, and delivered. The Wildcats announced the signings of pitcher Jenae Berry, All-Big 12 infielder Sereniti Trice, and outfielders Addison Duke and Tele Jennings this week and posted the 2026 roster. The quartet joins All-Big Ten pitcher Jaelen Adams, whose signing was announced almost two weeks ago.
The group of five gives head coach Caitlin Lowe her largest transfer class. She has never added more than four players from other programs. Last season, she added Saya Swain from Iowa State, Sydney Stewart from Washington, Kiki Escobar from Oregon State, and Camila Zepeda from Pima Community College.
This year’s transfer haul also yields the largest number of power conference additions in her tenure, with four of the five coming from Power 4 leagues and all five from the Division I ranks. In the past, Lowe has typically added at least one juco player.
In addition to the players coming in, two former Wildcats have announced their commitments or signings elsewhere. Rising junior RHP Brooke Mannon signed with Indiana. It marks a return closer to her home in Ohio and a swap of pitchers with the Hoosiers. Berry joined the Wildcats from IU.
Ryan Maddox, who was the highest-rated pitcher transferring out according to Softball America, also has a landing spot. Maddox will pitch for Washington next year, according to Justin McLeod of D1 Softball. The Huskies have seen some attrition at the pitching position in recent years, giving her ample opportunities to pitch in the Big Ten and have a big impact as a redshirt sophomore.

Arizona’s 2026 roster consists of 18 players, a drop from the 22 of last season. Last year’s roster was the largest in Lowe’s four years. If the roster sticks at 18, it will be the second-smallest roster in her tenure. The Wildcats have had an average roster size of 19.25 over the past four seasons.
