Nick Folk can’t miss
The NFL season keeps on trucking. Here’s all how of the Arizona Wildcats performed in the league this past week.
Nick Folk, New England Patriots
Folk converted six extra points and knocked in a 32-yard field goal in New England’s 45-0 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Folk has now made 20 consecutive field goals, boosting his season percentage to 90.9, tying the best mark of his career.
The Patriots have won four of their last five, staying in the AFC playoff race.
Rob Gronkowski, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Gronkowski and the Buccaneers had a much-needed bye week ahead of a highly anticipated matchup against the Minnesota Vikings this coming Sunday.
Nick Foles, Chicago Bears
Foles did not see any playing time as backup to Mitchell Trubisky as Chicago fell to Detroit 34-30.
J.J. Taylor, New England Patriots
Taylor missed the Patriots game with a quadriceps injury. The rookie hasn’t seen action since Week 3.
Will Parks, Denver Broncos
Shortly after being released by the Philadelphia Eagles, Parks was picked up by his previous team, the Broncos. He missed Denver’s 22-16 loss to Kansas City but could see time at the nickel position in the coming weeks.
Reggie Gilbert, Jacksonville Jaguars
The edge defender was recently signed off the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad, but he was inactive in Jacksonville’s overtime loss to the Vikings.
Jace Whittaker, Arizona Cardinals
Whittaker was demoted to the practice squad and did not play any snaps in Arizona’s 38-28 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. P.J. Johnson is on the Cardinals’ practice squad too!
Dane Cruikshank, Tennessee Titans
Cruikshank is on season-ending injured reserve prior to Week 10 due to a groin injury.
