Kennedy, a 2017 fifth-round draft pick, will wear No. 45 and is making his MLB debut after hitting .296 with eight doubles, three triples, four home runs and 24 RBIs over 54 games with Reno this season.

He’s been putting the bat on the ball especially well over the last 15 games played in Reno, averaging .345 (20-for-58).
