[Arizona Sports] Madison Bumgarner bounces back in D-backs win over Nationals
The other day a friend asked me if Bumgarner actually had a win for the D-Backs. Since last night we no longer have to check it, because Mad Bum got his first non-asterisk win for the D-Backs. He almost got a quality start as well, but hey, one thing at a time, people.

[MLB Trade Rumors] More injuries!
So many players hit the IL this season. Ronald Acuña Jr. had to leave the Braves’ game due to pain in his lower abdominal muscles and will probably hit the IL. The Chicago White Sox put starter Lance Lynn on the 10-day IL, and former D-Backs Starlin Marte will probably join a lot of other stars on the IL with an oblique strain. In the West, Buster Posey might require an IL stint while poor Chris Owings was transferred to the 60-day IL.
