
Tuesday night’s game against the Angels was part exciting and part grind. But, most importantly, it was a win, one the Diamondbacks needed if they are going to start making the most of the soft part of the schedule.

Randal Grichuk and Corbin Carroll both just missed the cycle. Jordan Montgomery returned to his good pitching ways after a pair of clunkers. The bullpen held firm, allowing only one run in 3.1 IP.

Near-Cycles Key Offensive Outburst
Geraldo Perdomo made his long-awaited return to the lineup. Randal Grichuk and Corbin Carroll both completed three legs of the cycle. All-in-all, Arizona dominated this one.

Randall Grichuk fell a single short of the cycle. Carroll fell a homer short. Jordan Montgomery gave a solid outing. The win was a complete one.

Jordan Montgomery Vests 2025 Option
By making his 10th start of the season, Jordan Montgomery has unlocked the $20 million player option for 2025.
